Electronics agency LG is in search of patent safety for a tv that allows customers to commerce non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
The system would have the ability to set up a reference to an NFT market server, obtain and show preview art work and fulfil purchases through the consumer’s cryptocurrency pockets which might be related to the TV.
LG started its work bringing NFTs to its TVs final September with the discharge of its Artwork Lab market which was plugged into Hedera Community, on which LG has been a node operator since 2020.
The transfer to file for a patent means that LG sees ongoing client demand for NFTs sooner or later and sees a enterprise case for making them extra accessible.
The South Korean agency just isn’t the one electronics large to have noticed a chance in bringing NFTs to TVs. Samsung launched an NFT market on three of its TVs in January 2022, supported by Nifty Gateway.
